Know exactly what you’re getting
Our stock is a mix of new, open-box and pre-owned items. Every item is given one of six standard conditions, and the same condition appears on the website and on your receipt.

Every item’s condition is shown on its listing, price tag and receipt.
Seeing “Used” on an item? Some pre-owned items are still waiting for their final grade from our team, and will be updated to one of the six conditions above.
