How do I pay?

Cash, debit card or credit card in store.

How long is an item held?

Your confirmation email shows the exact time – normally closing time on the next trading day at least 24 hours after you order.

Are the items new or used?

Both. Every listing shows its condition – see our product conditions guide.

Do you deliver?

At launch, items are collected from the warehouse. Ask us on WhatsApp about large items.

Can I return an item?

Please see our returns & warranty policy. We recommend inspecting items before paying.

Do you sell to businesses?

Yes – contact us about bulk quantities and quotes.
