Photo & Image Policy

Why this matters

Much of our stock is one-off, open-box or pre-owned, so photos matter. This policy explains the difference between photos of the actual item and representative images, and what to rely on when you buy.

Photos of the actual item

• For pre-owned, open-box and one-off items, we aim to photograph the actual item being sold, as it is.
• Photos are taken in our warehouse and may not show every mark, scratch or detail. Lighting, screens and camera settings can make colours and finishes look different from real life.
• Known defects are listed in the description. Where a photo and the written description differ, the written condition and description on the listing, price tag or receipt apply.

Representative (stock) images

• For some new or multi-unit items, we may use a representative image, such as a manufacturer’s photo, to show the model.
• Representative images show the product type, not the exact unit. Colour, finish, accessories, packaging and model year may differ.
• Listings that use representative images will say so.
• We do not use representative images to show the condition of a specific pre-owned or open-box item.

Items without photos

Some items may appear with a placeholder image while photos are being taken. Please contact us on WhatsApp for more photos or come and see the item in store before you pay.

See it before you buy

Because you pay in store, you can inspect any item before paying. If an item doesn’t match its listing when you arrive, you don’t have to buy it. If an item delivered to you doesn’t match its description, see our Returns & Refund Policy.

Our images and content

Photos, graphics and text on our website and social media belong to Weekend Warehouse or are used with permission. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Manufacturer images and trademarks belong to their owners.

Photos of customers and in-store photography

• We may take photos or videos in store for marketing. We will not feature an identifiable customer in our marketing without their permission.
• If you send us photos (for example of a delivered item or for a trade quote), we use them only to deal with your request, unless you agree otherwise.
• Customers may take photos of items for personal reference.
